You'll need:
2 peaches, halved and pitted
Unsalted butter, for the grill pan
6 (or more) strawberries
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 tbs brown sugar
First, wash, halve and pit your peaches. Then, set the grill pan to medium-high heat. butter the pan, and add the peaches, cut-side down. Cook for three to five minutes, depending on how ripe they are. Meanwhile in a blender, add the sour cream, and four of the strawberries. Blend to a puree. When the peaches are done, set on plates, spoon over the strawberry cream, and top with some brown sugar and pecans. Garnish with sliced strawberries, and enjoy!
