1 tbs grill Spice (I used Cruz Bay)
Dash of ground chipotle
Olive oil
1/2 large onion, sliced in half moons
1 green bell pepper, deseeded and sliced in strips
To serve:
Fajita-sized tortillas
Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese, shredded
