You'll need:
3/4 lb-1 lb swordfish steaks
2 tbs plus 2 tsp dry white wine
2 tbs plus 2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp dijon mustard
3/4 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 1/4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 tsp sesame oil
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs plus 2 tsp lemon juice
2 2/3 cups chopped arugula (you'll probably have extra, but it makes a great starter salad!)
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
2/3 cup chopped fresh tomato
1 package wild rice pilaf
1/4 large yellow onion, chopped
1 small summer squash, chopped
1 head of broccoli, florets chopped
