2 1/4 cups flour (I used 1/4 cup whole wheat flour)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 stick butter, frozen, then cubed
1 large egg
1/3 cup ice water
1 tbs cider vinegar
For the filling:
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp powdered thyme
salt and pepper
olive oil
4 cloves garlic, skin-on
2 chorizo
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/2 small onion, sliced thinly
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 egg plus a splash of water for an egg wash
