Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 a small onion
salt and pepper
Olive oil
two splashes dry vermouth, or other dry white wine
You'll also need three medium red potatoes, one head of broccoli and some skim milk.
Set your oven to 400 degrees. Rinse your chicken breasts, and chop your onion. Set the chicken in an oven proof dish and season with salt and pepper. Top with your onion and drizzle with olive oil. Splash over your vermouth or wine and bake for 25-35 minutes.
