I also used a Rachel Ray trick, which is to make the burgers not flat, but a bit indented in the middle. This ensures that the burgers cook evenly. Fabulous!
1 lb turkey meat
1 large garlic cloves, minced
2 thick rings of red onion, minced
chopped sprig of fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
two or three shakes of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp parsley
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then quarter the pound and form patties. Be sure to indent the middle a bit to ensure even cooking.
For the Fries:
two medium sweet potatoes
1 tbs olive oil or canola oil
1/2 tsp salt, plus more to taste
cooking spray
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Season with additional salt, to taste. Serve immediately.
