For each serving you'll need:
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (I love Haagen Dazs Five)
1 oz espresso-flavored vodka, Frangelico, or Irish Cream
2 oz instant or brewed espresso (I found that it came out a bit watery with 3oz)
Layer the ice cream, the liquor, and the espresso in a glass or mug. Enjoy!
