1 lb skirt steak or thin-sliced top sirloin
1 heaping tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 tbs worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp chipotle powder
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbs olive oil
For the fajitas:
1 small yellow onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
Fajita-sized tortillas
Shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese mix
Salsa, to taste
Sour cream, to taste
