You'll need:
3 oz hot milk
1 tsp instant espresso (or according to package instructions)
1/2-1 oz Bärenjäger Liqueur
Blend all ingredients in an demitasse cup or other pretty glass. Enjoy!

I was thinking about Irish Coffee as a cocktail. I know that there are coffees that include rum, Kahlua, vodka, even tequila! Also, I am a big fan of interesting liqueur that some people haven't heard about, especially in this vodka/soda society. The Heidelberg restaurant in the Upper East Side of Manhattan has a great Schnaps menu for after-dinner drinks, and I love them! One liqueur that I love is Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur. Bärenjäger takes the taste of honey, and elevates it to this wonderful, heady drink. I took that and added milk and espresso and voila: a delicious after-dinner cocktail that has a familiar taste, but a brand new kick! You should consider posting links to the products and places you reference in your posts. I've been dying to get to the Heidleberg, but in all the years I've lived there, I still haven't been there.
