3oz vodka
Good splash Dry Vermouth
Three Teaspoons of Lychee juice, or same amount of syrup if using canned
Two or Three whole, peeled lychees
First, make sure your glass is frosted! Either place a wet martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes, or take ice and water and add to glass until cold, then discard. In a shaker or large glass mix ice, vodka, vermouth, and juice and shake or stir until the mixing glass itself is frosted. Strain into prepared glass, and add lychees. You can make up to two at a time for a party or gathering, but any more than that, and the ice might melt too much, altering the taste of the martini.
