2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 scallion, white and light green parts chopped
1 1-inch section of cucumber, chopped
2 tbs store-bought salsa
3 tbs olive oil, 1 for the mix, 2 for garnish
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, (I used fat-free)
Zest of 1/3 lime
2 tbs olive brine
Dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
2-3 ice cubes
Optional: hot sauce to taste and chunks of ripe avocado tossed in a little lime juice for added heft
