1 tbs of your favorite grill spice
Zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs worcestershire sauce
Thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
For the salad:
Package of spinach and cheese tortellini (dried pasta)
Handful of greens per plate
1/2 avocado, chopped
1 8oz can sweet corn kernels, drained
1 tomato, chopped
A slice or two of red onion, chopped fine
Feta cheese crumbles
Salt and pepper, to taste
Drizzle of red wine vinegar and olive oil, to taste
