You'll need:
3 whitefish fillets, we used catfish (about 1 1/2 lb)
Salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil
1 lb sliced tomatoes
2 tbs rinsed chopped capers
2 tbs chopped red onion
Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
1 ear corn, kernels removed
2 tiny zucchini, chopped
1 small summer squash, chopped
Butter
New potatoes, rinsed and scrubbed
