For the filling:
3/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped vidalia or yellow onion
1 tbs tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cumin
Dash of Chipotle powder
Dash of cayanne
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 14.5 oz can diced tomato with green pepper and onion
1 8oz can sweet yellow corn
Can Refried Beans (I like Amy's Low Salt Black Beans)
1 egg, for an egg wash
Optional: cheddar cheese, shredded, and hot sauce
