1-2 lbs spareribs
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar*
1 tbs chipotle powder*
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1 tbs garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp allspice
Sauce:
1 tbs cider vinegar
2 tbs brown sugar*
*next time, I will use less of both the sugar and chipotle, to round out the flavors. Feel free to use the original recipe instead of mine, this time. I'll keep you all posted on my continuing rib adventures, hopefully with a more delicious rub in the future!
